  Burst Tutorial
   This tutorial will show you create a strange looking green burst effect.


Step 1:
Lets open a new document. In this case 500 X 500.


Step 2:
With your new canvas open click on the filter option and choose render and then clouds.




Step 3
It should look like this




Step 4
Next we will need to choose the filter option, then pixelate and mezzotint


Step 5
Now go to Filter > Pixelate > Mezzotint. Select long lines from the drop down menu.


Step 7
Next go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur. Choose 100, zoom, and best.


Step 8
Now choose image, adjust and then color balance. Just swing the levels around until you get a color you desire. In this case we have a ghastly green look.


Step 9:
Finished
