Creating A Spy Shot. This tutorial will show you how to create a realistic spy shot picture.
Step 1:
Lets start off with this nice prototype car.
Step 2:
Lets make sure our foreground and your background are set. Lets make sure our foreground is a darker green and our background is a lighter green. Make sure its whatever you want.
Step 3:
With your new colors set now go Filter/Sketch/Halftone Pattern. Then use the settings that I have below.
Step 4:
Now we will need to add some noise to this picture. So choose Filter/Noise/Add Noise and then choose something similar to what I have below.
Step 5;
Now Hit D key to revert the colors to default, black foreground and white background. Now make a new layer and, with radial gradient black to white, make a gradient like in the picture below and than put it in the overlay blending.
Step 6:
Your image should now look something like this.
Step 7:
Now we are going to make a target in the eye of the camera. First create a new layer. Then use the rectangle marqee tool and make selection similar to what I have below. Fill it with white. Then choose Select/Modify/Contrast with 1 pixel and then hit delete.
Step 8:
Below shows you the contrast of 1 pixel.
Step 9:
Now you will need to use the line tool at 1 pixel and draw a cross-hair. When you are done it should look something like this. Make sure to use the overlay tool on your two new line layers. Have fun and play around with different shots.
