View Full Version : Toyota Corolla
I know it's messy in some places, but it's the first time I tried this 'widebody' thing
I think it's obvious to see what mods are done

well, I talled ya how to round up the widebody, came out pretty good! but some things doesnt look well, actualy dont fit the car. I think the coloring is vry good, cant see failures. but the hood , especialy the cf pattern doenst fit the red color. white, or black painting would be better IMO.
The rear rim looks wierd to me...
Whats about m3 side mirrors? Would look cool a think :P
aaand, I'd add a sidekit, a simple one, but that the car looks more lowered, and a frontlip! maybe in the middle with CF, and then remove the CF of the actual picutre...
I 'wll show ya what a mean? Can I use your chop?
yeah, you can if you want to,
it doesn't hurt to learn i guess
and i've still got a long way to go :D

Im liking it overall, definitly nice job on the CF (just needs a lil swirl). What's going on with the rear spoiler though? Looks kind of odd. :)
I made a quick black and white version today, maybe if I have some time after school I'll see what I can do about the sidekit

looks okay, but where the widebody and the bottom of the door "meet" shouldn't be completely black unless there's nothing there...if you understand what i mean?!?!! ;)

the white one looks cool!!!
@Lemon: Why? the rims are very cool IMO! Subtle, but very sweet :-) and fits the car perfectly...
@Stef: Could you tell me how you made the CF? I think that looks very real, but as someone said, more twirl!

Fixed the thing of the widebody, this black line at the door...
Very nice Florian, where did you learn to brush like that cuz I really wanna brush my own kits but nothing seems to come out good if I try a bumper or a skirt.
and for the cf, I used the carbon pattern from the carbon tutorial in the digimods tutorial section of the forum and used my own techniques to integrate it in the picture

my brushing is... well, dont wanna say "bad", because I think its not noobish anymore... but my selections are very choppy... so I think its a big problem... But maybe I'll wirte a tutorial, on how I (!) brush!
And a problem is, you must have good ideas for bumpers and side skirts... and I dont have good ideas :P but yeah,... the brushing for this corolla is a nice beginning :P
I 'll send you the psd, so you can modify the hole thing if ya want!
