looks great but the seats moved a bit, no worries though because theres no evidence aside from the original.

It doesn't look too bad, Nice work, cool idea. The doors look nice, as do the wheels, but they are pretty blurry. But one thing, the 350Z doesn't have backseats!

let's jus say it's a 2+2 model with wings, i'm still working on it, i'm going to add side skirts, new rims, and maybe sum other small stuff.

It's a cool idea, but the Interior and the door are a little blurry. I also don't think that those rims suit the car, but you've said your changin em so that don't matter.
I just find the rear legroom daft in 2+2 cars, cause there is none.
