Here's some suggestions
- Use high resolution donor pics (For rims, bodykits, etc), I recommend www.highresautoimages.com, www.dieselstation.com, www.americanwheelandtire.com, www.desktopmachine.com, and http://streetdream.de
- When saving your image as a .jpeg, make sure you set the quality to '12' or 'maximum'
- Start off brushing small parts, not whole bodykits,
- Practice, Practice, Practice

For a first chop, It's great!, but if you are just starting to use Photoshop, I would suggest doing copy and paste bodykits, they will be much easier for you and give it a more real look, and then once you start to get the hang of it, you can try brushing or what not.

besides the blurryness, that is an excellant chop, i like your ideas with the kit there is just poor execution which will change with practice like said above
also, crisp reflections are key, and finally, when you lower a car, make sure you fill in the black in the wheel well it adds to realism

It's pretty good, but the mods are very pixelly and the rear rim looks like its turning.
