it would help if you posted the originals so i could see what you have dun but i will try and figure out what you dun.
Rover - the paintjob on looks real good, i'm not sure if you were meant to do it on purpose or not but you colored over the driving lights when you changing the color to blue. both of the rims look flat. you have colored litle bits of that darker side vents on the side, make sure you take time on your selecting, thats an important thing. the blue taillights just dont look good, there is nothing wrong with how you have done them but i just dont think blue taillights are a good thing to do. you also colored the badges blue, again im not sure if that was on purpose or you forgot to deselect it. you shouldve colored the shadow black so that there were no white bits around the edges from the original picture.
350Z - i cant see much that you have done to it. the color is fine. the rear spoiler is bad, there is no shading at all so it just looks like a flat thing, it doesnt look 3d. when you deselected the badge you forgot about the gaps in the badge, they should be poiple too. i cant see much else you did, it looks like you streched the bodykit down but there isnt really anything that can go wrong with that.
HSV - it is very, very pixelated on the side of the car, i dont know if that was how the original pic was or you saved it as a lower quality image but it makes it look terrible. the flame-thing on the side is well done, but the fact that it is really pixely makes it look average. the tailights just look fake, the red is too saturated, and you made the very left globe on the tailight clear, so shouldnt the right one on the other tailight be clear? there is still red visible all around the rear bumper, so again be careful with you selecting, its an important thing. the exhaust is a bit blurry but thats nothing important. the writing on the number plate is terrible, you shouldnt have embossed it, when doin a number plate i suggest leaving it normal text and not adding any effects to it. ther is a red thing above the rear spoiler, and thats distracting :P.
and last but not least = the first picture is the dreaded red X :o

Thanks for your ahem, block of criticism, allow me to explain the HSV- it is a large image, you may have to "view full image" and that will work bettter. The 1st image seems to load up after a while.

when i click on the HSV, it dus make it bigger but there are really really big pixels on the side and back of it
