putting a driver in a car w/o one?

obviously i need to find a pic w/ a driver. (helmet in this case) but what are some good settings to make it look real? just turn the opacity down or what?

simple.. Get the pic.. place it in the place.. selcet around it (roughly)( from the background layer) C&P then lower opacticy to 50

when you say to rough select around it, do you mean paste the helmet, then select the new car area from the BG? i dont understand exactly what your saying. sorry
