its like that because he brushed it all.
you wont get it looking like that in along time m8.

Alot of that is overbrushed with smudged reflection donored from some vehicle.
The only person who could tell you more about the technique is AMV himself, and for some reason I doubt that is really going to happen. It's a little too complicated for a tutorial me thinks..

I dont know if AMV did those reflections with a brush or he used reflections from another car. I read someone on the forums that Tony Riley uses reflections from other cars at the same angle and does some stuff to make it look good. You can try sending pms to him or some of the really good choppers and ask how they do it.

Sometimes I don't use exact angle donors...
And I know AMV uses donors for reflection, but he smudges them
quite a bit. And sometimes he uses low quality images for his effects.
