How Do I Put On A Body-kit?

Yea man, thats what I want to know... Theres another post out there thats about EXTENDING body kids, but thats not what i wanna do, i wanna take parts from somewhere else, and put them on this one, but they dont fit, and when i get them to fit, they just dont look right.

yea its a bit tricky. want you want to do is find a car with the body kit you like and save the pic. then open it up, and outline it with the lasso tool. i like to use the polygonal lasso b/c it is easier to use when you need to be precise. then once you otline it, copy(or copy merged), open up the pic you want to put it on, then paste. go to edit, free transform, fit it to the right size, then fool around with the color balance and with the brightness/contrast(u might want to desaturate it first). there is probably a better way to do it, but this is the way i do it and it usually works out for me, although there are a few times it doesn't come out right.
