I did this car once and posted it a while back. It was a red one. Love the side skirt and CF. My only problem with it is the back rim looks kinnda blurry.

A little bit.. I used to use Paint Shop Pro more than Photoshop, but, my freshman year I converted over and started messing around durring study halls and computer classes at school.

update in post 1

ps: i've got to start remembering that almost flat black is a damn hard color to start with for a kit..

One large problem besides the wheels....

This car does not look like it is in that background
at all. Look at your reflections carefully.
And..the car looks like a more desaturated black and doesn't
reflect anything blue? Black is like a mirror...it picks up all
of the evironment's colors.

The wheels are suitable but bad quality I'm afraid. The carbon
weave isn't quite right. It should appear more diagonal, but thank
god it isn't that visible. Overall the work done is "good".

thnx for the tips.
like is said, i'm not to fond of the wheels myself but i've had it with searhing for that day..

when your doing a chop your focusing on details, so its hard to see the overal picture.. atleast i do :P

edit: update 2 in post 1

any better tony?

A little bit better. It's still not quite there, as most of the highlights
are still more white. The ground is far too dark as well - refer to the original.

I understand you may focus on details... but I do that all the time.
Sometimes taking a step back and taking everything in helps.
There are still hints of that building in the original BG reflecting in
the body of your chop (@ rear quarterpanel, above the weatherstripping,
and the hood). Keep at it ;)

Man I wish I knew/could learn how to brush kits and stuff. The tutorial I used once turned out not so great so I don't try it so much.
