Not bad, not bad. Coupla things, though: your wheels are flat/blurry and your side window tints look perfectly flat.
Besides those, my only comments/complaints are matters of personal taste: why does everybody give Bimmers unigrilles, and not particularly smoothly, either; and I'd try to even out the body kit, even if it looked like that in the original.

thanx, the reason i do it, is coz i like cars wit a badgeless grill. or in this case a full grill.

Well, try using the tallest single spoke as a source, and then dublicating it multiple times so that you have a straight line (and even coloration) across the middle section.

sorry to say it but the original looks better due to the colour selection and the bent front grille. also the front rim looks flat and the rear rim is blurry!!! like the original better soz mate!!!

the rims wuld look good if they werent flat but i dont like the grill...lights r cool and lowering is good maybe a new chin spoiler is in order:D

the rear wheel's still a bit flat, but overall, MUCH better

indeed this one's better :0
when you chop agrey white or black car you can better leave the color original and try to play with the darknes or lightness and tones because these colores are very diffucult to color :)
i think the last one looks nice there!!
