They're ok, since they're being used for a car club.
No offence though, but they look kinda generic?

The font faces are a bit formal for this kind of thing.
The blending modes are a bit simple, and some
text effects look kinda cheesy (like the "super summer
meeting") text. I think the large ATEC text, in the
second one, needs a dark stroke or a border/glow of some
sort, because it uses similar colors to the BG and it can
be hard for some readers to visually demarkate it. I have
no idea what you were thinking with the "reflection" though.
It's kinda...well oddly warped. It's not too bad (I've seen
worse), but it could be much better with the right ideas.

First one:
Cool, catches the eye, however like one said previously, to much text.
Personally I dont like the text in the left corner, and since the message is the punchline telling people to be there, it should be better and clearer.More in their face!! Right now it's to crowded.
Also I think you have to many font styles going on.
Heading (Atec ,JR etc), and Presents (pls unwarp) same font and style. It makes it easier on the eye. Atec font is cool with a kinda underground high tech feel to it. Use that for the whole header ;)

Second:

to messy for the eye in my opinion, and on print it would be even messier.

I hope that gives you a visual how I see it.
nevertheless, if I would get one in my hands and be in your neck of the woods, I would be there 4 sure.

Good luck with the event

jeez where do i start...

you broke so many rules of typography i don't know what to say.

i'd read a couple books on typography before designing anything else... sorry to be harsh, but if noone will - you won't get better.

good luck
