My first cartoon..Falcon Xr-8

Here's my first attempt at doing a cartoons chop. Please give me tips and stuff. I left te lights the way they were because I don't know how to make them cartoon.

ok, too small, outline any sort of major lines in the lights or just make your own up, and use the pen tool, and no-one say im a hypocrit, i have photoshop elements 4.0, the new version, your line dosent go all the way around the car, a tip from me, do all the lines on one layer and when you fill it in, do it on another layer

thank u for replying to me. o and i dont got a pen tool i got some elements version it good but doesnt have as many things as the better versions.
