signature tutorial plz?

hi guys,
ive had a look around the net to find a tutorial for how to make a signature...but every one i find and try to do, i stuff it up or get confused halfway through.....can one of u very tallented people make up or find a basic tut.

I found one one youtube which is a video tut so you may not get confused. I used the one that says someting about blackhole to make mine.
