Hello all,

I am currently finished a concept of what the Nissan 180sx would look like if it where to be brought back. All is brushed execpt for rims and badges.

Let me know what you think about it.

Thanks so much,

D.C.C.

pretty neat. a bit dark tho, but that's the feel

from a design point, the only thing i'm really not felling is the rear window part. reminds me of one of those old cutlasses or something. otherwise neat. i still don't know how to render from drawings tho :(

I agree with the above (about the car being a bit dark).
One gripe - the far end of the car (by the tree) looks off angle.
Well up...

^^ Thanks. Yeah, I was going for more of a dark theme on this one.

Yeah, I agree the roof is a little on the flat side.

nice work... but a little to "crowded" for me... I'd like to see it in a more quiet bg

I see you listened to my advice in my pm. Thats some serious talent for a first custom. Keep it up.

dam your are quite good for a newcomer have you chopped before on other sites??

Thank you very much. I have been chopping for about 6 months on and off, learning slowly.

I am only on one other site. Pretty much just stick with this site because there is no bias towards any chops. For example, friends saying "OMG that is the best chop ever", just because they are friends and not even noticing your chops or telling you how bad it really is so you can improve; that pretty much sums up why I stick with this site.

Again, thank you very much that is a huge compliment!

Cheers,

OMG THAT IS THE BEST CHOPPER EVER!

haha to be honest I dont like it, most of the chop is off angle... if you look strictly at the left side of the car, it has the angle of a car sitting on a flat surface from a 3/4 view... but if you look at the roof and hood, this car is sitting on a slanted hill.... to put it in extremes, your car would be shaped like this "/" on a flat surface from a forward view

LOL. Thank you; this is my first ever total re-brush so it will have its flaws. Next time I will pay more attention to the angles and execution. I only had five days to enter it in a competition at another site so my next chop I will put a lot more time into it as with this one I kind of had to rush and couldn’t fix things like that in time.

Cheers,

D.C.C.
