HEY ADMIN I THINK YOU SHOULD ADD A RESPECT METER. FOR EXAMPLE A RESPECT METER WILL SHOW UP EVERY TIME SOMEONE POSTS A CHOP. LIKE A RATING FROM 1-10. AND IF MAJORITY LIKES THE CHOP AND PEOPLE VOTE LIKE 8-10 THEN UR RESPECT METER GOES UP.
I HAVE SEEN ALOT OF PEOPLE ON HERE WHO DONT EVEN CHOP CARS THEY JUS CRITIZE SOMEONE ELSES CHOP. AND THEY HAVE LIKE 400 POSTS AND PEOPLE THINK THAT THERE GOOD. SO DONT GET RID OF THE POST METER JUS KEEP IT THERE AND ADD A RESPECT METER RIGHT UNDER THE POSTS NUMBER.
SO IF SOMEONE SEES U HAVE 500 POSTS AND NO RESPECT THEN PEOPLE KNOW THAT THEY DONT CHOP AND JUS POST.
I THINK THIS IS A GOOD IDEA

i think its a great idea. Apart from futher problems it may cause
(e.g. if you got a higher respect meter you mite start bagging sum1 with a lower meter, in which case it will go down, and they will bag you, and theirs will go down etc.)

Also, alot of people will get a high meter, unless you are like stormpowered stang or something.

ummmmm, couldnt the person who posts the chop just make a poll that says "how do you rate my chop?" and then post numers 1-10? :unsure: :blink:

yes but then not every one looks at every single post and adds there score to find how much respect should be given.

Are people really that concerned about what other people say or think? My opinion, if you stick around long enough to really get into chopping then you get to know whos who(who to listen to and who to blow off). Know what I mean?????

we dun need no respect meter i think coz we already know who is who we can know by the chops not by the someone else opnion and plus the post meter is pointless when i see someone with 1000000 posts for ex i wont think hes good just coz of his high number of posts i will think hes good if i see some amazing chops of that person ..

I think its a great idea as well. I just have no idea on how to implement it into the board. You write the code or find the code and ill try to fit it in.

"i just got a great idea based off the new forum made :D you know how people were making suggestions about there being a respect meter of some sort, well, we should have challenges where you chop cars and if you get graded well enough, you move up a rank and your rank will be displayed in your post info (avatar, member title etc.). if you wish i can be the judge and people can send in their chops to a new email that i will create..... just an idea if you have the time and knowledge of how to set that kind of thing up :D :lol:"

i think this would be a great way to show respect. this concept is alot like the ranking at the m4tr1x (http://m4tr1x.wsn.at/)
