CS3 shrinking

dose anyone have this problem:

when ever i import a picture or do any actions what so ever on CS3 it shrinks a little bit each time so u need to keep maximiseing it :confused:
dose anyone else have this problem?

like the program window? either way i cant help cuz i dont have CS3 yet, but is that what you're talking about?
