It's too busy for a car like that. Too much going on.
Work on quality rather than quantity. It's much better to do fewer mods well, rather than too many mods badly.
The Blue is too saturated, and the Mods done don't seem to flow too me. It has a kind of, Need For Speed Underground feel. And for a car like that, it doesn't really fit in my opinion.

Try chopping it again, but keep it very clean and simple. Realism is the key.
