Contest #5 is up and running. Entries will be taken until June 7th. At that time there will either be a voting scenario or a judging scenario. Feel free to let me know what you would prefer. Im not sure if there is going to be a prize or not either. Oh yeah and CPC ... your prize is being sent Monday. Sorry about the delay, ive just been looking for a nice enough frame.

im still debating , but yeah I think another prize is in effect for this contest. Juding will have to be an avenue ill consider allot for this one.

Newbie to the contest -- where is the original pic and what are the limitations on image and file size for my entry?

It can be no larger than 800 pixels and 120k in size. Also, it must be in either .jpg or .gif format.

I could get used to doing this. :D I just sent in my entry. My only concern is that it's within the limitations set by the contest rules. When I check the file in Explorer, it says the file was like 97kb, but when it uploaded into my Yahoo! email to be sent, the file size was 127k. I don't get it. If I need to and can resubmit, please let me know.

The largest side of your entry picture can be a maximum of 800 pixels in size.

Hi all, I'm new here as well. Chuggernaut told me about the site since we both Shop for Fullsizechevy.com. Glad you guys have a contest, it will be interesting to see how i do, since I do it as a hobby.. does anyone do it for a living on here?? I sent my submission in yesterday. Did you recieve it? If not I can resend.. I'm looking forward to seeing the entries and learning diff. techniques from the members. I have yet to grasp the full potential of this program.. but I'm learning one tool at a time.

For the winner I would like to give out a price, but I have found that if the winner does not live in North America .. Shipping will be between 80.00 and 125.00. YIKES. So im still trying to come up with something that will work for everyone.

Can I resubmit my chop?I didn't change anything(you can look to make sure if you want),but I used your tip on keeping the high resolution,while lowering the size.

The Prize is a framed poster of the winning chop with the photoshopchop logo.

I noticed that noone that changed wheels changed the reflection in the water on the ground.

ya i did nto think of it till i already sent it in but now im going to all the time. its little things here and there that make stuff look alot better. :D

I was messing around a bit with that picture and had some lil things changed. I had the reflection - I changed the lights on the tree in the background - added a Road and Track mag. to the news stand. Lil hidden things.

Eh, i was too worried about getting the rear wheelwell contoured right after opening it up for the bigger tire and fixing the building and backseat headrest through the windshield after I raked it. :D

I changed the name on the awning to Photoshop.....LOL... :D My reflection in the water does have the new wheels on the car. just tough to tell with the ripples.. My image was photo#14 I like #9 and #19.. great edits.. I shouldve made my photo a little larger. its tough to see all my edits..
