Is there any way we could add a dedicated page just for tutorials and make a link to it on the main page? We have so many of them pinned in the forum that when someone makes a new topic, it doesn't even show up on page 1. Just a thought.

There is a link on the main page to the tutorials section of the forum. I thought about adding a dedicated HTM page for the tutorials but decided against it. This is why. When people are using the tutorials from the main page and it takes them to the forum; we are then generating more traffic to the forum, hence more members. This has been working. I do understand your point where when someone posts a question in the tutorials sections it is bumped to the very end. I think what I will do is Pinn a posting set of rules for that particular forum and then pinn it at the very top. Forums users will have to post their questions either in NOOB Questions or Advanced.
