maybe lower the optacity, play wit the blending options
looks cartoonish

and i still dont know how to color cars black, that tut on this site doesnt help me at all.

black doesn't work with every car...

was going to comment on the fromt rim, but it is tilted for real, so nothing there...

I don't like the puzzle graphic because it is very fake... The lines should curve and perspective according to the car's position, picture depth, and just the curvature of the car... cool idea though.

duplicate the part you want black then destitute it play with the brightness and contrast till its a light to medium grey then duplicate that layer and set the blending mode to multiply if it still isnt dark enough the go back to the layer you just made a duplicate of ( the grey one) and make it a little darker

If I were to take a guess you're using Xenofex 2.0 to do the paint.
