Is My Cell Shaded Skyline Good Enough?

Hi, im a noob to this site, just joined literally 15minutes ago and saw this thread. i hope this is good enough for a consideration into the featured chops nominations. The actual size of these pics is REALLY BIG (1600x1070) so i shrunk them down and made them into clickable thumnails, if you click on them, you will be taken to the full size image.

not bad at all and i see you used a filter for the lights good job i like it
but there is no more featured chop it took up too much bandwith so it was closed for a while but dont worry theres a chance well have it again and this will always be a nominy (spelling)

yea, very nice, but the featured chop no longer exists... so maybe someone move this or repost in the cartoon section.
