Hosting Pics

Can anyone help me out with being able to use my computer to host pics and what not. I use imagestation now, but I want to be able to host gif's and videos too.

Any help would be appriciated.

Don't know if this will help, but I have cable internet in my roomates room, and I get it via a wireless router.

In order for you to be an image host, you must have a very fast connection (which you have) and a Server which must be ran constantly 24/7. The server can cost a hell of a lot for a good one. Plus you would have to monitor it often and have virus and firewall protection as you would get fuckwits trying to hack you.

I dont know if NJSR.org uses a server or just has a hell of alot of web space....
