WELL SINCE IM SO KICK *** AT THESE TUTS AND THE ONLY ONE THAT REALLY WRITES EM, I DIDNT MAKE THIS TUT I SEEN IT IN A THREAD
NOT SURE WHO SAID IT BUT CREDIT TO THEM.. IM JUS WRITING THE TUT TO HELP SOME PEOPLE..
1. SELECT THE CAR WITH THE LASSO AS IF YOU WERE GOING TO COLOR THE CAR

2. LAYER VIA COPY IT, THEN DUPLICATE THAT LAYER, SO U HAVE 2 LAYERS OF THE BODY
3. WITH ONE OF THE LAYERS ADD NOISE (FILTER>NOISE>ADD NOISE) I DID MINE AT ABOUT 8 PERCENT
THEN U SHOULD HAVE THIS

looks a good effect, but to be honest its not that hard to do.

it jus looks like u sharpened it like 5 times it looks alrigh though ;) :D

could you please do one where u take an original and change the color completely? gimme details please. mine always look like i just colored each pixel the same shade. anyway, my paint jobs look like sh*t and i want to get better. please help.

Look at one of the 2 'Gray to color' Tutorials by Omicron in this section.
