How Do I Post A Pic

I need help! i can get it to do this...

But i can't get it to show up in a post! can someone explain to me how to do it??

yea when u go to make a post the options above click IMG and then put http://njsr.org/pics/albums/userpics/norma...ntest14%7E0.jpg (http://njsr.org/pics/albums/userpics/normal_contest14%7E0.jpg) in that box

upload the pic at a image hosting site (i use picturehost.co.uk) and then use the url to post it here
