there.. changed teh color. :P i know i know.. its pink.. but its one of the few colors that i liked when fading into the lighter blue. what do you guys mean by "wheel wells" ? what am i supposed to do to them? also, i seen on the contest car, that someone had blue flames.. how exactly do you put flames or any decals on it without making it look... cartoonish?

i tried the reflection like you suggested, blazin.

The lasso toll or the brush will do the job...it just takes some time (not much)

Not bad for the first attempt.

Check the tutorial posts to get some info on how to tune your cars even more.

See you around

made the paint fade more obvious, and blacked out behind the wheels, sinces its too late for me to go back and fix it.
whats another vehicle to mess around with, fairly easily, for a nub?
also forgot to ask, where can i get a good view of a decent looking hood for this? i couldnt find any in the toolkit. thanks

hmmm the reflection looks weird and that paint fade needs to be more obvious apply a gradient on a new layer and set it to overlay then turn down the opacity etc

go to highresautoimages.com (http://highresautoimages.com) or dieselstation.com (http://dieselstation.com)

those two have good hi res pics to work with. they might also have a hood, IDK.

thanks for the comments/tips.

i noticed the front fender after i uploaded it, and was too lazy to upload a new one to fix that small of a thing, but i did fix it on my version.

i'm trying to find a nice car that not many people think of to do now. hmm

Hello and welcome to PSC. The ideas behind your chop are good your just not executing them right. Take a look around at other chops and see how its done. There are alot of tutorials on this site as well. Hell, if you want some one on one help then feel free to PM me or contact me on AIM ( LuKizz87). I was bored the other night and did the same blazer. CHeck it out adn see if you can get some ideas. Its hard to get direct side on shots to look real so try to get some angled pics. Good job for your first chop tho!

whats the best way to execute things? i've looked at the tuts, none of them really were relevant for this project though. give me some examples of what you're talking about, so i understand it more clearly, please.
