What miro2414 wants, is tutorials on how to chop people. I will find a way to explain this later, right now I must sleep though, got things to do later. Look around some photoshop websites, like http://www.thewebmachine.com and http://www.bluesfear.com .

I believe they have some on photoshop101.com just gotta look around... and if you mean just puttin a face on a body the select the face the polygonal lasso tool,copy,paste on to body,mess with color settings to make it look rightt...
