LIES!!! it's only 1:44!! lol just playin, but i found another flaw or i'm just crazy, but the decal on the side, shoulden't that not have the CF pattern on it? other wise good work. i also have a question, you know when you put decals on a car you sometimes displace them? has anyone tryed to do that with CF? if you have i'd like to see a pic of it, i'd try it myself but the 2 computers i had PS on crashed and i haven't had time to put it back on. thanx

this car (http://njsr.org/pics/albums/userpics/acura-rl-01-08.jpg) had the CF set to Overlay, if thats what your asking about. but i'm nowhere near as good at CF as Chopper621.

sorry about the hijack. Chopper, that is the best CF i've ever seen. love it. BTW, where did you get the original? i couldnt find it on Do Lucks website.

i think im the only one who ever posts criticism for your cf...on the rear fender, side skirt, and on other bright places, i think the cf is too visible. and like i said on the other one, i think the cf patterns needs to be curved more. i ugess i could be wrong

do you mind me asking how you get that pixely transition that i circled in red?
i noticed that's what real cf does, and i just can't figure it out.

also, i agree with biggie, you often times can't see the cf when it's in bright light.

cf is wierd sometimes its highly visible and looks very matte, but in different light the pattern is nearly invisible and it looks like a very glossy material.

great chop chopper, its amazing

question about that CF is it a new pattern? or just a different way of appling the old one. you dont have to tell me exactly how you did it im just curious

i agree about it being a bit too visible but its getting there
i also think that the weave should follow the lines of the car on the kit, and the weave is too big on the roof area
saying this, its still one of the best ive seen

GSX4G63
07-11-2004, 01:57 AM
ok...why dont you just join the cf battle in the battle arena??
there is already a standing battle for cf, and there are a few people in it including me.
