Fading With Imageready

Does anyone know how i can get a light to fade in then fade off...ive tred working it out for ages but i just cant get it :(

set one frome with the light on and another with it off, then hit the tween button(3 little circles) and set it to a larger noumber of fromes for a slower fade and visa versa :D

or just make 2 frames and then make sure the light is off in the first one and on in the second one. then click on the first frame and add a motion tween (like 7 frames) and check opacity. this will make it fade
