I Need Some One Thats Good With Flash!

I need some one to change some thing on a Flash banner for me i dont have flash and i need some one who can do it nice and easyly....the banner is here

Ok im not shure HOW to get it so the picter wont just show up when i upload it so if you dont mind can you download the template?

Download a program called Swishmax or Coffecup flash.

They make decent banners, and its all done easily in a wizard format, so even your stupid @ss could do it Sky.....j/p :D
