i got a little project for you guys that are gifted with this photoshop stuff ... i myself suck at it, so im wondering if u guys can take this pic of my car and change the rims to black ones with either a chrome lip or a red lip, then put a carbon fiber hood on it, and black out the windows if windows are up and if interior is visible, black racing seats ! take a shot

Post some bigger pictures, they are too small, won't come out good.

you need pictures that are at least 800px across to be able to make it look really good - preferably over 1000 across though please!

That one is still a little small. And to answer your question, no, you cannot make them bigger in photoshop. You can resize them and make them bigger but then you will lose the quality because you are basically asking photoshop to make up pixels that aren't there. What you need is pictures that are big to start with and haven't been resized, if you have a digital camera, use that and don't resize the pictures when you download them off the camera as digital cameras normally take big pictures such as 800x600.
