i'm sorry i didnt use shop for this it was done in ulead photoimpact pro 8.5 similar program to shop but it has it's differences
I belive they have a demo version on www.downloads.com (http://www.downloads.com) if u'd like to try it out. actualy i just checked they have the impact xl edition on it under image editin for 30 days trail

if u'd like me to walk ya through the steps i'd have to make some sort of a tutorial for that ... or atleast step by step instructions

heres just a quick run down ...
first i took the image and converted it into a gray colored pencil drawing i dont know if shop offeres this feature but impact has a buttom that'll do that for ya u just have to play with the right lights, shadin ect and color sat to get what u're lookin for. then i used a jagged edge cut to make the edges fade out. this is also provied you just have to pick and play with the right sizes and edges and stuff. i colored the eyes blue in the usual way u'd color in shop and the rest is good old fashion airbrushin and thats realy the hard part cause u have to get all the lightin right and make sure all the parts meet smoothly ... this took me about 45 min to do but again those first 2 steps did help alot. if it werent for them i'd be doing this for weeks
