Try to concentrate more on your selections, and try to get such backgrounds that you can keep your car big enough..
But you have scaled the car nicely to the new bg..

are you new to photoshop? if so, then thats really good. I think the wheels were an ok pick, but IMO i think the orig. rims look cooler, and i think that theres something about the background that i cant quite but my finger on thats making it look unrealistic. the shaving looks good except for where you had to put in the body molding (or reflection, not sure what that is)

umm i like the original better, dont want to sound like a dick, anyways, you put on a bodykit maybe? i see sideskirts, but you didnt lower the car.... looks kind of goofy
