i was thinking that we <choppers> could make a channel in mIRC or some chat program where we can all hang out and talk. it'd be a fast way to get quick opinons and advice. I can set it up, if everyone likes the idea. yay for idling mIRC

We actually had an MIRC chat room for the site a year or so ago. I took it down becaues no one was using it.

who doesn't know how to use mIRC? well, for those of you who don't.. here's a few simple instructions

1) Vist the mIRC Website (http://www.mirc.com)
2) Download mIRC Chat Client <it's free>
3) Run the installer
4) Join the room.

i'll post channel name later tonight. i just got home.



and for the MSN Chat, unless on you're account you're 18 years old, it won't let you chat, because MSN is retarded. I'm 17, so i can't use it.

registered channel #Photochop on the Gamesnet server. It's probably the one most relevant to a lot of us, and its well populated and secure. Channel name will be #Photochop.. all forum moderators will be OP'ed in the channel.

To connect to the GamesNet server <if it isn't in the server list> :
1) Click ADD
2) Name: GameSurge US Servers
IRC Server: irc.us.gamesurge.net
Port: 6667
Group: GameSurge
3) Click "OK"
4) Click "Connect"
5) in the console <opening "chat" box> Type: " /join #Photochop

CHANNEL IS CREATED. I'll be there most of the night. My nick is "Geek". Who would've thought? :ph34r:

i help work at a local haunted house, sponsored by a youth league. we make around $20,000 off of three weekends in october. good: its fun, meet a lot of people bad: wears you out fast, its cold. so last night after i typed everything up, i was too tired to do anything, so i went to bed. heheh. ill should be in there again tonight.
