Alrighty, we start off with this lovely Bugatti Veyron 16/4 out of http://www.highresautoimages.com

Click colorize, and make Saturation +100% and Lightness +23% http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step3.jpg Set the layer you just changed to "Linear Dodge" (FOR PS7 AND UP) http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr.../step3half.jpg Right click next to the layer title, and click 'Duplicate layer' http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step4.jpg Set the newly created layer, to lighten, located here. (I believe PS7+ also) http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step5.jpg While in the newest layer, go to 'filter>blur>gaussian blur' and set it between 2&4 pixels. i just use overlay an then sum linear over the headlights like this for an ex

Hopefully you can still do it as this tutorial really didnt need pictures (like some others wherre it says "look at picture for settigns")
