Alrighty, we start off with this lovely Bugatti Veyron 16/4 out of http://www.highresautoimages.com
http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr.../origional.jpg
We then, Select the rear lights.
http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step1.jpg
Right Click next to the layer title, then click 'layer via copy'
http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step2.jpg
While in the layer that you just made, go to image>adjust>hue&sat. Click colorize, and make Saturation +100% and Lightness +23%
http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step3.jpg
Set the layer you just changed to "Linear Dodge" (FOR PS7 AND UP)
http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr.../step3half.jpg
Right click next to the layer title, and click 'Duplicate layer'
http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step4.jpg
Set the newly created layer, to lighten, located here. (I believe PS7+ also)
http://www.infofeast.com/users/omicr...ials/step5.jpg
While in the newest layer, go to 'filter>blur>gaussian blur' and set it between 2&4 pixels. (it is to make it look like it's shining on the body it's self, realism.
