As a member of other forums with mangacars, I edit/make these things all the time. It does deal with graphics/photoshop, so I will make this an official topic here.

Here are some of my scratch built cars, not all are finished, but some are.

Hey Omicron those are good but is there a way to do them without getting the jagged lines or is that just how it is? I might be interested in doing some of these, could you maybe tell us a little on how to get started. Mainly, do you start with a big image size and then shrink it down when your done or do you start with a small image size and work on it like that.

Maybe instead of trying to explain you could just put a link to that other forum if they have some sort of tutorial on it....thanks...

That place has some tutorials, I mean, it's not much, i'm a member there too.

Basicly these cars are purely pixel cars, so you have to have the jagged lines, should be able to do the same thing in MS paint, at least with the outline.

I have different methods. You can shrink down an image, then outline it in a new layer. You can also go around the whole car with the Pen Tool and outline it all, and shrink the outline there. You can just draw it by eye if you felt the need to.

Each person has their own style, those up there are mine. Some i've airbrushed the shading on, others hand done with the Pencil Tool, pixel by pixel.

That's because a 240sx is the same car as a 180sx, just different engines. They're both S13's.

If you guys are using parts off of other people's cars, I really hope you will credit them for making the parts, that's a big thing with the mangacars. Especially rims.
