"I doubt its an actual toon. " How so?
I take just about every part of the car and manipulate it until it all fits together the way I want it.
- I took the roof/windows/ windshield and tweaked it.
- I shortened the body it a little bit taller (so I didn't just lower it)
- I took the front bumper/grill/headlights and tweaked and shortened so it could fit the body.
- I made the hood vent a lot bigger.
- and I exaggerated the front and back wheels.
I also used the find edge filter along with a couple of other things that I do to make it look "brushed".
