The one with reflections looks really messed up.
Think about how the background would reflect on the car.
The sky reflects on the hood and any part that is pointing towards the sky.
The side of the car would be reflecting the ground and things that are level to the car at the same height.
You also need to make a small selection of the back ground and use it instead of such a huge chunk then warp it onto one part of the car. Then select another part for reflections and so on. The window is really dark so that will reflect a lot.
Just practice and try different things.
I started out lust like that but with time and practice you will get better trust me.

Thanksfor the tip, I shortly reaslised that the hood was way off. The one thing I do not like about adding the rlections to the car is how dark it makes the chop over all. I nee dot find a nice medium, so I guess a little practice won't hurt. Thanks
