I agree...
The outlines on the hood for the emblem and the line below it are WAY too
BOLD. For the interior the outlines for the windows are beyond WAY too
BOLD, they stick out like a Camaro at a Mustang rally. Your outlines on the side of the car at too bold as well, maybe if you made some of these lines blend in a little better it would have a better overall appearance, but they are solid black lines on a smooth red surface, it's just not doing it any justice.
Make these updates and you will have top notch material here, great job on the paint.
