i have a better explanation:
make new layer1 and new frame,
then draw somethign in layer1
then make a new layer2
and make a new frame
then draw something in layer2
when your done take the view off of layer1, make sure you keep layer 2 viewing,
then press play and it should blink your pictures, just play around with it..
