Unhappy Solid Works

I am currently studyin and got hold of the latest student version of solid works. I also have the new version of blender but have no clue how to use it. Now i want to know is it possible to model a car in Solid Works, and if possible, where can i find some tut to help me on my way?

Secondly: Wich is better blender or SW?
