how do you get the lines like that i mean how they curve and stuff its pritty cool i like it cant wait to see it finished

Well, it's all down to the godly pen tool. You click and drag to get the curves.

For circles (Thanks Tony) use the Circle Selection toon, and then transform the selection, and the click stroke.

P.S - The Lines near the colours will be much neater upon completion.
