Default My Subaru on this Wallpaper.

Hello guys, i've been checking out a couple of pictures, and i must say that i'm really amazed to see the quality of the chops around here. I've noticed that there are starters and pros on the field but i dont have quite the time to work on pictures myself.
So that's why im posting on this forum.

Basically i wanted to give a Photo laminated on wood to my dealer of my car with a cool background. I've been doing business with my dealer for a good time now and they asked me to get them a good picture of the car to put on their wall. I have many pictures of it but in carshows , outside on the street, but none of them are in action.

So i surfed the web to find a cool backgound and found one that i really liked. The problem is that i know the background is really small and poor quality compared to the quality of the pictures of my car. So i need someone to work the background as well to fit everything. I know i have to mirror flip the background to fit the car in the picture as well.

Obviously, i dont have to tell you guys i need something professional since i need it to be "BIG" and "THE BEST QUALITY" possible so i can laminate the photo and give it to my dealer. I really want it to be the most realistic possible. With dirt and stuff.

If there's someone to start the project and that is willing to put some time on this one, please send me a PM and i will work something out with you.

Thanks for looking !

The big thing with that background, is that it will not go any bigger. The next thing you will have to worry about is that the car is not at the right angle.

If you want to send me a different image of your car, be it larger or something different please do so. I can find a high-res background similar to what you're looking at. Action shots aren't the easiest thing in the world, but it's certainly worth a shot.

Oh yeah, and what bodykit is that and how much did the modifications cost you?

Lastly, welcome to the forums.

good looking car. that background swap is gonna be a *****. i have the same questions as omicron about the mods, etc. also, you should have started with a bugeye. much better looks than the 04-05.

Thank you guys for the reply , at least you guys checked it out. And i'm glad. Yes , i know about the background but it felt like it was a good idea. But i've noticed myself that the background was not as good as i expected. I have many other pictures of my car but they are at least 2 to 4 megs, so it depends on the way you want the car to look (ex : left side , right side, etc, etc) Let me know what your looking for .

here's some exemple :

http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/5902/test2hr6.jpg

http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/1715/0000883yu2.jpg

http://img490.imageshack.us/img490/3...0871fi1kf3.jpg

The 3 last pictures arent so good in quality , they should definetely fit the background , but i want something big for the dealer . Something like at least 20inch by 15inch minimum, you know.

For the mods, Mike i know, but there's a story why i bought an 04-05. Some punks stole my 99 2.5 rs at my job , and i decided to get a new car with all the warranty and stuff. Thats why i got caught up to buy an 04-05. At first i was like you. I didnt like the front end. But with the body and everything , im loving it more !

For the price, it cost me a lot of money , way more than it should have. But the way i did it, was better for me and saved me a lot of headache. I bought the car and made some credit about the parts i didnt want, than with the loose money i bought the parts from my dealer. I got the seibon carbon hood, with charge speed v1 lip body kit , and complete Brullen exhaust with headers and high-flow cat. DEfi gauges, apexi tach , 3 screens , ps2, Bride bucket seats , bride custom made mats , sparco belts, rota tarmac wheels, complete phoenix gold audio system etc etc etc. Theres at least 15 000$ in CANADIAN MONEY. so maybe a lot less in US $ .

So when i went to get my insurance , they had to cover the complete mods of the car since it came from the dealer like that So it saved me A LOT of problems with my insurance company and stuff. And i have a brand new car if someone stole my car. So basically the cost of the car with the complete mods !

So there it is. That's why i have a good friendship with my dealer
Let me know for the pictures , please !
Thank You !
