So wait, you rebrush the original? Some parts are toony imo, not bad, but I don't see the point.

the point is to improve brushing skills and prove you're capable of doing it to this level.

the original image was not brushed. I had an image that i used for reference and then i drew and brushed this image.
the point is just to see if i could get a decent looking image that i had created from scratch, I prefer images like this much more than virtual mods as alot more work goes into them

What are you talking about? You rebrush an image if it's too small, to make a toon or when you know exactly what you want, but can't bother with donors. I'm saying it look's good, toony in some areas, but I just don't see the point of this. Nice work nevertheless. Maybe not brush the stock bike but brush mods? Rims? Brakes? Carbon parts? I mean you brush so might as well make the work worth it.

i didnt want a modified bike, the whole point was just to create a stock motorcycle from scratch by brushing, everyone else seems to get it lol
basically what you are saying is why would anyone digitally create or hand sketch, paint or create any vehicle if your going to leave it standard

this idea that you don't chop unless you want to modify is rediculous. I painted Will Smith, and i don't recall sticking a pair of shades on him to spice the pic up. It's about art and showing off your skill to progress, not to stick a few plastic bits on to impress other people.
