i'll think bout making a tutorial but i think that if it went trendy then this site would be incredibly slow.....im thinking about getting rid of it because its slowing me down

that is reaaal cool. Could you atleast tell me how you made the wheel looked like it was spinning? Cause I have a car which is drifting, and it looks kinda weird with "still" wheels, and don't worry, i won't be posting it on here so it won't slow us down.

thats ******* sick man, the wheel looks a bit ****** as it spins fast but it look cool. what the hell did u do tot he file, it has no file size, and it saves as a bmp

to get the wheel to look like its spinning you can use the twirl function with the circular blur or watever its called.
