Can someone please help me?

Hello,
I do not have photoshop so I was wondering if someone could please help me with altering a picture of my truck for me? I was wondering if someone could take this picture and change the rims to the Fuel hostage 20x12 black wheels?

Also if someone would be willing I would also like to see the truck painted all matte white with the grille porsion black and the same wheel the fuel hostage black.

couldnt figure out how to get it white so i threw together a diffrerent paint job.

You could make a new layer > Fill > white > lower opacity a little > Erase the white from main parts (windows wheels background mirrors bumpers etc) or

Change the vartiations to lighter ligther lighter and coarse and erase main parts that might make the car white.

I tried both of those ways and it leaves the paint too shiny lookin. Far from flat white he wants its weird lookin.
