Default Ah... Chevy G30 Van

Well, me and a couple of friends invested in a Chevy G30 Sport Van couple months ago and its one mean machine(somehow).

When we bought it, it was a rusty old can of fart.
Vacuum box for the transmission didnt work, looked like a pile of crap inside, the wood in the floor was rotten, windshield wipers didnt work. etc.
But we bought some parts from it, and some new headlights and other accessories.

And here's a pic of the car as it looked when we bought it, ill try to upload some of how it looks now.

The engine runs smoothly now and the transmission is ok'ish.
The engine in it is a 6.2 V8 running on diesel, and creates a whirlpool in the gas tank!

Now its red! We painted it red about a week ago and i think it looks pretty good.
We are planning to respray it in a couple weeks. Matte black maybe?
Put some cool wheels on it, chrome and black most likely, possibly something like the a-team van's wheels, but chrome and black instead of red and black.
Heres what it looks like atm.

Oh god that brings back memories. I learned to drive in a van just like that, but it had a 350 SBC, not a diesel. Very comfortable ride, but gas mileage was terrible!

The chevy has died(ish)...
We had some minor issues with the starter a whila ago, but thats now been fixed.
Now the car runs but no electric windows, no electric locking system, the car wont start unless we pull out the lever thing for the headlights.
Does anyone have any experience with these cars and have any tips to fix it?
