I see lines. They just aren't everywhere as some toons tend to be. These partially outlined toons are my kinda style.

Definitely not smartblur. Smartblur leaves this funny pixelation on the image. This here is free of that. He has a unique tooning style. If you were to see his other works you would understand exactly what I mean.
