Help pls!!!!!

i need sum help badly, for sum strange reason, when i use the polygonal tool, to outline sumthing, once i av done it, the shape immediately changes to a oval or a circle, and if it doesnt do that then it does this, then it brings up a message sayin that "no pixels are more than 50 % selected, the selection edges will not be visible."

you have to click on the polygonal lasso tool but keep it clicked (so not one click but hold it) then a small window opens where you see three different ones (lasso/polygonal lasso and magnetic lasso tool) the select polygonal again maybe then it's good

if that dousn't help try to go to default settings

and delete some private messages you box is full so you can't recieve new ones

so i wanted to reply to you : post the picture then everybody can comment and give pointers
