I have enjoyed the sig so much, now I want to make one I can use on my desktop background. I can cut the car and darken the windows, but I don't know how to do the fire. can you give me instructions or a link, I have search but could not find anything.

OK DeWayne, I threw together a quick tute for you on my technique.
Understand creating the fire effect is relatively simple, but it does require some time and effort especially on more difficult applications.
On your sig instead of using lines I actually worked with multiple layers of differents shapes.
Give it a shot bro.

i cant believe i never thought of something like that!!!!!
im constantly just messing around with the smudge tool and never realized i could use it like that!!!!!!

so for a more detailed flame, do you just start with a longer line, then shrink it to size?
simple, yet so effective....great tut!!!!
